Conference Dates and Venue
Excellence in Oncology will take place in Athens between the 18-20 November 2010 at the Athens Hilton Hotel.
Language
The official language at the conference is English
Badges
Delegates’ Badges will be provided at the Registration desk and are NECESSARY for the entrance in the conference and the exhibition area throughout the conference Centre for the submission and checking of presentations.
Speakers’ Ready Room
A centre for the submission and checking of presentations will operate during the conference. Speakers are invited to provide their speech (CDs, USB-key) in the Centre at least an hour before the beginning of their presentation.
Audiovisual Support
In the conference room, the folllowing equipments will be provided:
- Laptop
- Data video projector (PowerPoint Presentation)
- Laser pointer
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed in the areas of the Conference Venue
